    I lost almost 7.000 GS points


    Hi! My name is Andre, and it’s almost five or six years that I have my gamertag on Xbox. I started playing on Xbox 360, bought Xbox One, and now I have the One X.

    I need help, because today, about 02:00 AM, I noticed that my account that had around 63.000 GS, is now 57.000. I called the Xbox Phone Support two times, and no one could hemp me. They sent me an e-mail with a little tutorial, but that was for achievements
    that didn’t appeared after you unlocked them.

    They told me to follow their instructions, and if it didn’t work, they told me to ask for support in here.

    My gamertag is .

    I have photos that proove that my gamerscore has been altered.

    Please, help me on this question.

    I mean is it that big of a deal? It is only 25 points! I have around 16000 and wouldnt care less if I lost 20 points. Come on now bro Impressive GS though

    I lost 100k Gs

    If there is nothing listed on enforcement.xbox.com then you may have encountered the GS glitch that has been going around lately. It should fix itself within a few days.

    It's a glitch that's been around a while, but has been hitting a lot of people over the past week or so. Usually after a few days your gamerscore will show up. There's no way to actually force it to show back up.

    Hey ALDuarte!

    As Smwutches mentioned, that discrepancy will typically resolve itself after a bit, and your Gamerscore should return to normal. If you like, you can try removing your profile from the console, then power cycle the console,
    and sign back in to redownload your profile data, which can sometimes help.

    Just showing to tell you that the problem has really resolved itself, as Smwutches told me.

    I have searched online about this issue, and found a lot of people complaining of this, but the majority reported that it indeed fixed itself as days passed away.

    I thank you guys for your help. I know it’s just achievements, and in the end don’t mean nothing important, but when it was taken from my account, I really wanted to know why.
