    I lost all of my Xbox Live purchased puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw on my Surface Pro 6


    I lost all of my Xbox Live purchased puzzles in Microsoft Jigsaw on my Surface Pro 6. This has happened before but

    now it seems I can't get them back. I solve some and already purchased a bunch of them and didn't even get to

    solve them yet and they're gone. They don't even show up in the Download Collection section.

    Where are they and how do I get them back??

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
    first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

    I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw then reinstalled it and all of the puzzle packs downloaded with no problem. Including all the ones I just purchased with my coins. Make sure you have all your information linked with Microsoft Xbox
