I lost acess to my Minecraft account.

I have bought the gift card for the Minecraft Java edition and reedemed it on this account. Recently i have changed the email adress to this account and lost access to bought minecraft.

By change did you remove the previously added primary alias?

Also, can you please sign in to this link and check if you can see the game from here?

I apologize but if you remove the Microsoft account without setting the new Microsoft account as primary alias, it will also remove the Xbox profile along with the entitlements.

By changing the primary alias you should be able to access the licenses still unless you delete the Microsoft email address first before setting the new one as the primary alias.

Have you tried checking all Microsoft accounts that you own?
