I apologize but if you remove the Microsoft account without setting the new Microsoft account as primary alias, it will also remove the Xbox profile along with the entitlements.

By changing the primary alias you should be able to access the licenses still unless you delete the Microsoft email address first before setting the new one as the primary alias.

Have you tried checking all Microsoft accounts that you own?
