I lost about 30,000 points and now I only have 150 points

Discus and support I lost about 30,000 points and now I only have 150 points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I would like to maybe get my points back for my son as he is really upset he has lost his points he has been saving for Microsoft credit...     I have 479 achivements but my mission only have 3 when I did more

    From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?



    You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
    by making qualifying digital purchases in the Microsoft Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

    Activity done before being a Rewards member is not eligible for Rewards. Since you have not had any MyAchievements promotions since you registered on the fourth of October, you are not eligible for Gems from going up a MyAchievement rank.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website. We see that this gamertag has never
    had any Xbox Live Rewards Credits.

    Daily Challenge Points Lost

    Well I am at 22350 after 31 days - its already 31 march in India.

    Have also lost some points too but note that after 21000 points or 28-29th March we got only 150 & not 250 bonus points on completing the daily 5 challenges.

    I am new but learning the rules as I play each day.

    At least not losing medals & points now.

    Missing Achievements

    Yep I have the same problem, and the same issue in the same scenario. I had about 180,000 Gamerscore points, but now it says that I have only 148,957 Gamerscore Points. I've checked my achievement for games and they say that I have games with 0% achievements
    collected on them. But when I select the games it will show exactly what achievements I have collected. So I am missing about 30,000 Gamerscore, that is like mastering 30 games.

    Keep spending...it's only one point. I have unlocked 7 of the soldiers, have several solid classes and still have 150 points in my account.
