It means that the time you got left on those suscriptions will be automatically converted to Ultimate Areeb.

Here is the convertion ratio:

1 month of Gold = 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Gold 50 = days of Ultimate (1+ month)

6 months of Gold 79 = days of Ultimate (2+ months)

12 months of Gold 4= months of Ultimate

24 months of Gold 8= months of Ultimate

1 month of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 2 months of Ultimate

6 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 4 months of Ultimate

12 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 5 months of Ultimate

24 months of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games)= 10 months of Ultimate

.Also, it's worth noting that any Xbox Live Gold subscriptions you try to add to your account after joining Game Pass Ultimate will be converted at the following ratios: 1 month Gold = 20 days Ultimate (3:2) 3 months Gold = 2 months Ultimate (3:2) 12 months Gold = 4 months Ultimate (3:1).

You can find more info on it here. But basically if you have Game Pass Ultimate active there is a conversion rate for Xbox live and regular Game pass codes.
So for an example 12 months worth of Xbox Live gold is worth 4 Months of Game Pass Ultimate.

Your time for gold will still be converted for Game Pass Ultimate time. So for example if you have 3 months of gold and purchase the month of game pass you should end up with 4 months of Game Pass Ultimate.
