I lost 13000 Xbox reward credits

I have recently lost 13000 rewards credits and didn’t get the money on my account

Xbox rewards problem

I cant redeem my xbox rewards credits of around 13000 plus after three days another 5000 credits usually it will say something " Deposit Request Submitted" but it does not show any

this is what the support said i am expecting 13000 xbox credits plus another 5000 credits which will be reflected on my account after 3 days

"As per checking here, this account is working perfectly fine. No any problems found on it. When we checked for your Rewards issue, we got a prompt here that you need to reach out directly on our Rewards team so that they can re-sync your account
on there Promotion server to reload your account AND make sure that you will get this credit "

We see that you still have roughly 10,000 Credits in your account, with about 3000 deposited. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits
to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Also, you may want to read the FAQ on Vault Credits regarding
your remaining Credit:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you requested a deposit on the 21st, we deposited your available Credits from your processed survey and one refer-a-friend Credit event.

Hello MrLeeCurtis,

I see that you opted your account out of our program back in February 2015. I do not see any forum posts indicating you to pursue this course of action, so it looks like you may have manually opted out of our program and then recently opted back in back
in May. While I can recover any old pending Credits from your previous account, I am afraid that we cannot restore any other attributes from your previous account. You should see these Credits pending by the end of next week as a 5 star MyVIP event dated from
last month.
