    I cant log into my account and it gives me the error code of 0x80a4001a

    I have the same problem ! Will i lose my saved games ?

    Hi

    If your Xbox One is used online then all of your game saves should be held on the Microsoft servers and your new console will download them when you launch the relevant game.

    You shouldn't... if Xbox Live is working properly... which at times... well... not so much.
