    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues playing games.

    With Cloud Gaming, games are run somewhere else and then streamed to your console over an internet connection. This could explain why you are only experiencing issues with downloaded games.

    - To clarify, may I ask exactly what you mean when you say your screen glitches? Are you seeing any distortion, static, or strange colors?

    - Have you noticed if this happens with both online and offline games?

    I fixed my glitched achievements by going to the inventory screen , going along to the ghost and select log out , switch profile , log back in and select guardian , popped my "glitched" chevo's

    Have you tried logging in online and selecting them through the Xbox.com store? I did this with my copy of Battlefront 2.

    If you've added your son's Xbox account to your Xbox, both of you may be logged in at the same time.

    Unfortunately, certain games only allow guests to sign in for split screen modes. Star Wars Battlefront II is one such example:
