I logged in with my usual mail, and it went into another new account

I wanted to download Forza horozon 5, and as usually i logged in with my usual mail, i couldnt remember my password so i made a new one, when i logged in, it put me into a whole new account and its like i have no trace of my old account.

I tried to log into minecraft launcher but it waid this:

Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

I did log in to Windows store, but it still says that.

I think its because its connected to the other account that i cant log into.

What do i do?

Hey, thanks for the help

I tried to log into Minecraft profile online, it puts me into the second accound that im not supposed to have.

I tried to press on the Oxbox official site, but i cant seem to find where it says support.

I am going to reinstall Forza horizon 5, and check if i can log in with another accout.

I'm not sure of what to do if i cant get the account back, because ive had that account for the last 4 years or so, and i've put alot of hours into games with that account, i think its stupid that i cant get it back and it just dissapeared.

I'm in the same situation. I went to the website for help, but they told me to create another account and another e-mail address (my normal e-mail address would not work for some reason, im fed up with the "support" they give) but that didn't help. All I
want is for them to reset my password so I can try with a new password, but that's to hard. XBLA is really ridiculous.

This would mean that you are logging in using the wrong e-mail address. We recommend trying a different e-mail if you're able.
