    I legitimately don’t know what to do anymore


    I am currently trying to play black ops, two backwards compatible on the series X I have gone through all of the normal troubleshooting, restarting my router, turning off and unplugging the console restarting the game. It wouldn’t let me sign in so I deleted my account cleared my cache, and now it won’t let download my account, it keeps telling me I need to test my connection I’m on 5G with an open NAT type before I deleted my account. It was there the name is correct (had a name change 5ish years ago). It just wouldn’t let me connect to Xbox live and gave me the same message test my connection.

    I have also cleared my MAC address for the hell of it and that didn’t help

    Controllers have different generations so if you have an older controller you may have to get one thats newer and has the bluetooth feature. Not all controllers have that.

    In regard to the blank page error, this might be a network interruption/connection issue. I just want to verify, on your Windows PC device are you connected to the internet wired or wireless?

    If it's on wireless, please try to use a wired connection and then check if it works.

    Also, for us to further isolate the issue, kindly try to use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox then try to claim the Game Pass quests and achievements to see if works.
