    I left but rejoined, where's my progress?


    Hello, nice day.

    I use to be in the XBL Rewards program and leveled up considerably.

    I left because I thought I was going to delete this account but since decided to keep it. When I rejoined XBL Rewards I found that all my progress was gone... Considering each star costs hundreds of dollars to earn I'd really appreciate being able to get
    my stars back from perhaps my purchase history? I was a member since the launch of XBL Rewards so we can go back in my purchase history and tally up till that date?

    Please help me, I'd really appreciate not having to start all the way over...

    Party chat not working

    It keeps saying that everyone is leaving my party. First I couldn't hear anyone so I left and rejoined. Then I was able to communicate again, but all of a sudden it said everyone had left my party. I left the party I was now alone in and rejoined my friends'
    party, but it happened again. This went on about 10 more times until I finally just shut my console off. How do I go about getting my $60 back?

    Yeah I had invisible enemies last week. Only happened the once, and luckily it was a Private Lobby, so I left & rejoined & it was all good.

    Sorry, but once you opt out you lose any progress you had on the account. VIP ranks also reset each year and only purchases made while you are a Rewards member would count towards that progress. So those purchases you made before you rejoined would not be
    eligible.

    We're sorry to hear that you want to unsubscribe from Xbox Live Rewards communications. If you don't want to receive program updates, offers, and special promotions, you'll have to opt-out of the program entirely. This means you'll lose all of your Rewards
    Credits and MyVIP rebate, as well as access to the site. Do you want to continue with the un-enrollment process?

    Since you have chosen to opt-out, you deleted your previous Rewards account and all progress/activity. Unfortunately, that information is unrecoverable.

    You'll need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff about rejoining. Since you left on your own, you'll be able to rejoin.

    You don't lose your progress unless you rejoin (in which case, you do).

    Yeah It’s definitely a issue with insiders, I left to see and my nat went back to open reported it as a issue once I rejoined in report a problem and hoping it’s resolved in the next update
