I know who ban my account I know who ban my account on xbox

My First born child who has already been banned for 1 week Communication ban and now has told a random kid on Xbox his IP through this app and know has been banned and I don't know if it's going to be a 2 week ban or permanent because we play on he same xbox in the living room on separate accounts and now I can no longer play and we have spent a lot money on the account and think my account should work or we should get a refund from my son's account

I never did that last one or the second one, and the 1sst and 3rd one should definatly not constitute a console ban, i know people who have been banned from their xbox live account for those things, but never console ban, and if people were actually banned
for that 3rd reason... then there are 20 people on my friendslist who should be banned while i type this, and im sure 100s of thousands more consoles have lent, transfered, sold, or otherwise provided acces to their account.

Well considering the vast amount being banned for the exact same reason it's just too hard to believe. The people who are actually offering the glitch are the ones getting away with it, meanwhile the people who haven't done anything wrong are suffering the
consequences! I can't believe my account was even banned for life for doing nothing. Maybe if I did offer people the glitch I could have got banned for like a week or a month but no, I get banned for life? My account wasn't been hacked, nobody knows my password
and if someone accessed it on their Xbox it would have taken the account off mine.

When it's a console ban it's not exactly tied to an account ban. Because of privacy reasons, Microsoft would not let you know who was the person who got the console banned and as stated above, there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans and they are the ones who handle bans.
