I know my username but don't know my email or password

If you don't have an Xbox console we can try other methods such as checking your other devices (Laptop, PC, or mobile device) where you may have signed in before.

Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own and sign in to https://account.xbox.com/profile to locate the correct Microsoft account because according to Xbox support:

"Important Xbox Support can't provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

Unfortunately we are unable to recover emails and passwords through the forums.

I would suggest you try to reach out to Microsoft themselves using their support website: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

If they are unable to help, I may suggest you contact Mojang once more, I have had this issue as well in the past, and they were able to transfer my Minecraft account onto a new email address.

As far as I am aware, there are no means of recovering an email linked to a Microsoft (Xbox) account, even if you know your Gamertag.

However, this support article might help, if there are any situations applicable to you.

As far as I can tell, you can't recover an account without knowing the email associated with it as that is the main identifier of it...there's been a few threads recently about the same thing

Please go to https://account.microsoft.com website and make sure to sign out the account that's currently signed in before you proceed with the account recovery.

Once signed out, go to https://account.live.com/username/recover to recover your account by using your gamertag or phone number that may be linked to the account you're trying to get back into.
