    If the offline system update doesn't sort it out, since we have tried all the possible steps here. I would highly recommend reporting it to the support team as well. You can contact them using this link, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us.

    continues to lead me back to the same exact error screen.

    for what it's worth, i plan to play all of the games offline - if i could totally bypass this step i would.
