Kailyn, unfortunately, we cannot stop others from trying to add us, but this should not get you banned in any way, okay? You are doing nothing wrong, and the Enforcement team review the situations, so they should not get you banned unless YOU do something that violates the Xbox Community Standards ( https://www.xbox.com/legal/community-standards )

What we as players can do for now is, of course, report the users that keep following. Yes, it is too much, but maybe if all bot followers come from the same place, reporting often can discover where this is coming from, so it may help.

Another thing you can do is change your privacy settings:

I’m just getting notifications that someone followed you and they keep popping up for the next 20 minutes and then I check and I now have 400 more followers, so idk if someone is trying to get me banned or what I just don’t want it to happen that’s why I reported it

So I’m not actually permanently banned right? The same thing is happening to me it was a 3 day ban and the next day after the ban should have been over I got permanent ban and locked out of my account. I can’t even submit and review on the enforcement website because the permanent ban don’t show up and the 3 day ban don’t show up either. I’m really worried about it

You will not get banned unless you did something wrong to get all these followers. If nothing wrong was done, you can rest at ease. This is a known situation and you will not get suspended just because many people/bots started following you.

They either mistake my other account I’m replying with as the account that is banned or they just don’t do anything
