I keep having to constantly reinstall MW2 the new one because this dumb error code 0x87e50033

Hi I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I’ve tried resetting the Xbox, making sure all of the add one are installed… it’s a Xbox one s, it’s just doing it when I try too start the game up. Everything’s installed. I’ve tried everything I could find online I don’t know what else to do. I literally just got this thing and the previous owner said they had no issues running a game. Everything is up to date as I can see.

My suggestion is to make a "Factory Reset".

it will refresh your system and delete any corrupted files that are causing issues.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- On the Reset your console screen: Select "Reset and keep my games & apps".

You will have to sign in again.

• If you haven't already, would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Unplug all external storage units plugged into the console, and leave them like that.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Turn your console on and try launching the game again.

• If that doesn't work, would you mind performing a soft factory reset on your console? By "Soft" I mean that none of your games will be uninstalled, but accounts and local save data will be removed from the console. This would help refresh your system and clear any temporary files that may be causing this. To do so:

- Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset Xbox > Keep games and apps.
- Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (for each account) to sign in again.
