    i was trying to log into my abox app on pc with my microsoft account but i keep getting a massage which says "you need internet for this" i have tried every thing it says to do only but it still wont work.

    Have you tried clearing your Internet cache and cookies in your web browser? Or tried a different browser? Does it do the same thing on a mobile phone or a tablet?

    If you have tried all of these and are still getting the error, you may need to contact Xbox Live support.
