I keep getting thrown to the community after contacting Microsoft Support for a refund on...

Unfortunately we as community have no way to refund a purchase

if you contact support and explain what had happened, a refund can be possible. Microsoft put the "no refunds" thing to keep kids from playing the game till they get bored and say that want a refund

I was charged a recurring subscription fee for my Xbox Gold Live ond 04/06/2020. It has never worked since and i cannot get onto anyone at Microsoft so i can get my refund. I just keep getting thrown all iver their website.
