i keep getting this error when i try to start up my game (this is ark from the microsoft...

It seems you are facing some network connection issues!

I get this error every time I try to start up Ark. I've tried to contact support but I'm lost. Nothing I do fixes it

We recently bought and installed ARK: Genesis Season Pass as well as Ark: Genesis part 1 but we are unable to play it. It says it is installed but it doesn't show up in my "Games". Or in my "All Owned Games." When I go to Manage Que, both games show up
under Recently Installed. When I click and open Ark: Genesis Part 1 from here (Que/Recently Installed) I get the "START" screen with the big A, but when I press START, I get to a screen that does not let me play the game. Anyone else have this problem? Can
you suggest a solution?
