    it did not work and i will order parts tommarow but if its not a hardware error i was looking up what os i have but nothing shows up if you can find out what version it is i might be able to do better with fixing it

However, we need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Which Xbox console are you using? Does an error message appear with the error code that you are receiving? We recommend power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds as well as looking for any system updates as it can be the cause of the issue. Be sure to let us know the results!
