I keep getting the error code, 0x803F8001, when I try to open Minecraft.

I have tried everything to fix this. I've looked at all the articles online, restarted my computer, even factory reset my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times, from both the Minecraft website and the Microsoft store. I made sure I was on the right account. I have no clue as to where to go now. I am just trying to play Minecraft with my friends. I can't figure this out. Does anyone know how to help?

Hello! I am running a fully updated version of windows 11. I have tried to launch it using both the Xbox app and the Microsoft store. I am attempting to play Java edition.

I have a couple to questions to ask that will help me investigate the problem:

Which version of Windows are you running? (ex: Windows 10, Windows 11, etc)

Have you checked for updates on your device?

Which version of Minecraft are you trying to play? (ex: Java, Bedrock, etc)

Are you utilizing the Xbox app or the Microsoft Store to launch the game?

when i try to install the launcher, i get this error

"Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"
