Sorry to hear you're having trouble signing in to Minecraft. Minecraft is not down right now as per checking.

I have checked and found an article regarding the Creeper error code. According to Minecraft Help, "Most of the time, the Creeper error code will pop up when game services try to connect in the background and can’t sign into your Microsoft account due to a faulty or inconsistent internet connection."

With this, please do try to restart your router and see if you will still get the same error code when signing in. You can also try to use a different network connection. You can use mobile data or hotspot and see if it will help.

Can you confirm on which device/platform do you play? If possible, please try to use a different network connection. You can use hotspot when signing in and see if the error will persist.
