I keep getting Sys_error

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues playing Black Ops 6 due to disc read error. You shared that you own it digitally. The license to play the game should already be in your Microsoft account. You can confirm it by clicking this link or open it in your browser and you should be able to see Black Ops 6. https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you can see the game on your purchase history, go back to your Xbox and install all available add-ons that are available for Black Ops 6 and see if it will fix the issue just like with others.

If you're still having issues, kindly logout from your Xbox by pressing the Xbox button, select Profile & system, and then select Sign out to sign out and back in. Check for the game once more after logging back in. Kindly make sure that the Microsoft account that you are using is the account where you purchased the game.

I've done both and still getting "Sys_Error" "Memory Error:19 - 1370" at end of online game when in process of switching back to lobby.

What am I supposed to do to fix this problem?

I deleted the reserved space and it started working fine.
