I keep getting stuck on this screen when trying to stream to my phone, and I have no idea...

Its impossible for me to go reset and keep games and apps because I am stuck on the troubleshoot screen. in which it doesn't allow me to do that for whatever reason. I also cant go back to the normal home screen and reset there because I am literally stuck on the troubleshoot screen. I cant just reset my Xbox and go back because it automatically puts me into the troubleshoot screen.

I did try solution 1 but it put me back onto the troubleshoot screen.

Any Ideas so I don't have to remove everything?

Hi gds, thanks for the idea, sadly i can't access the home screen, i'm stuck in the set up process and can't see how to get to the home screen from there. i have tried going to my microsoft account using another computer and changing my password as suggested
in the link you provided but when i go back to my xbox and start it up i get the same issue and error message. Any other ideas? Is there a way to get to the home screen without completing the set up again.

Would there be a way to stream my phone screen to the PC or to a monitor so that I don't have to stare at such a small screen?

I have been streaming from my pc for years with wmp extender and media center just hear how ppl can hit button on phone and throw pics videos to the screen through xbox and i have no idea how. My phone can send stuff to my tv would just like to know how
everyone else seems to be able to send from phone to xbox so easily

P.S> Looping blank sound file keeps screen alive as well for those times you don't have music or tv playing. to resolve the screen freezing (Microsoft, that was a dumb idea. you should accept a video stream even when their is no audio)
