I keep getting randomly signed out

Have you tried safely deleting your profile, clearing your system cache, and re-downloading your profile? Follow these steps:



Sign out of your Gamer Tag Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller and Press the Blue X to
Sign Out



Delete Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox controller

2) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

3) Select Storage

4) Select the device with your profile

5) Select Profiles

6) Select your Gamer Tag

7) Select Delete

8) Select Delete Profile Only



Clear System Cache:

1) Scroll right and go to the Settings tab, and then select System Settings

2) Select Hard Drive

3) Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y (Device Options)

4) Select Clear System Cache and select Yes

5) Repeat steps 2 thru 4 two more times so that your Cache is cleared 3 times

Turn off your console and start it back up.

Download Profile:

1) Press the Xbox Guide button in the middle of your Xbox 360 controller

2) On the Home tab, select Download Profile

Hello, That is an internet connection issue, use the Xbox-settings-Network-Detailed statistics and you should have as Minimum, download of 1.5 and upload of .75, you want a low latency and an Open NAT

Hmm. You already downloaded your profile, so you can try the above, but I don't think it will work. What I suggest doing is deleting the Title Update for Black Ops 2 by going to Settings>System>Storage>[drive game is saved on]>Black Ops 2. You should see
the Title Update in there. Delete only that. Then go back to the main Storage bit and clear your system cache by following the instructions above. Launch BLOPS2 again, get the title update, and see if it runs fine after that.

It looks like your account is connected to a certain controller this can be done

in the Xbox Settings and I believe the Xbox Accessories app. Try booting up the console here the account is currently linked and un-link it to get rid of the error. That what I had to do to fix this issue hope this helps!
