Discus and support I keep getting problems trying to download Daily Challenge Data. Error 016000 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I frequently have problems downloading Daily Challenge Data on my Microsoft jigsaw. I am quoted error 016000. Please advise...     I keep getting problems trying to download Daily Challenge Data. Error 016000


    I frequently have problems downloading Daily Challenge Data on my Microsoft jigsaw. I am quoted error 016000.

    Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000

    I am TRYING to do the Microsoft Mahjong Daily Challenge, but keep getting Error Code 101_107_1. Suggestions?

    Another error 002000 on Windows 8.1

    Hi I get a similar problem on a Window 8.1 PC

    Running Minesweeper

    Upon loading daily challenge I get in sequence error 016000 and error 002000

    That's the first time I get these errors.

    Basic games work fine. It seems that only daily challenge loading crashes with those error codes.

    What can I do ?

    Yes, it happens with all my games. The consistent error message I get when trying to access Daily Challenges is:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000

    minesweeper wont load daily challenges with error 002000

    I am also getting the same error code 002000 when attempting to open Daily Challenge today for Minesweeper for Windows 10. "There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 002000."

    I have not installed the latest update to Windows yet.
