    I keep getting nonexistent codes. Help please?


    Ok so. I bought Minecraft deluxe edition with a different account. I still know the password to that account, but however, when i try to sign in, it tells that me they sent a code. Now, the thing is, I never actually get the code. I don't know if its because I'm using the mail app on my iPhone, but I could not get any code. However, I am still signed into the account in the Microsoft store.

    Hi Kellylee1964,

    If the error message of 0x80070bfa is getting appeared only on one specific app, please try to reinstall this app.

    In case you see the code on every app and/or game launch attempt, please reset your console to factory defaults and choose the option to keep your games and apps.

    I am also having this issue on one app.

    I've tried re-installing it and the error still has not gone away.
