I keep getting kicked from Xbox Live.
If you have the router in your room are you able to try a wired connection?

If you do that and it still drops every 30 minutes try doing a direct connection from the modem to the Xbox. I know this isn't ideal as others in the house won't be able to access the internet while you do this but this will tell us for sure what is going
on.

I've attempted multiple ways of fixing it and some work for a short time but the problem always comes back.

Appreciate if you could elaborate the things you've tried to no avail, along with the short term solution(s).

Sorry to hear you are having issues, first place to look for a solution would be the Xbox One Network Connection Solution support
page especially if you believe it is an issue with your Xbox and not the router.

I Seem to be having the same issue. Freezes before the dashboard and then when I do get i keep getting kicked from xbox live
