You'll need to file a complaint on them via the console and block communications. The enforcement team will investigate from there. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

You'll also need to contact your ISP so they can help with your connection. The attack is through your internet and not Xbox Live. You can read more about a denial of service here -

i keep getting hit offline from these 2 guys thay keep joining and its getting anyoying there gamertags are DAAMN ITS SJZ and TSA ASTRORECON pease do something all i do is play xbox if u wont do anything well ill go to ps3

These people (if you wanna call them that) need to be stopped. I don't even wanna play anymore and I've been on XBL since 2007. It's very unfortunate. This rarely used to happen a few years ago and now EVERYTIME I play Halo 3 ranked (which is the only game
I wanna play) I get booted (DDOS). I actually expect it every game of Halo 3 that I play. It's that frequent. This is illegal and someone needs to do something about it. Please.

 

Hi Stupididy, a DOS or DDOS attack, is aimed at your ip address, not xbox live. You need to contact your internet provider if it happens to you, as they are the only ones that can help you. The link that Cloudstrife 900 provided has the info you need.
