I keep getting "Having Trouble installing or launching games?" when I open the Xbox App on...

Unfortunately this problem has been occurring for several days, and many users have been complaining about this problem, unfortunately it can only be repaired directly on the servers, and we are waiting for Microsoft to fix it. I followed your steps and deleted both gaming services and gaming services.net but when I open the Xbox app I see a bar that asks if I’m having trouble launching or installing games. When I click the fix now beside I’m brought to the troubleshoot game installations on a windows device page on the Xbox support website

So just to be clear,

On the Xbox app it keeps coming up with the error 0x00000001. The app suggests a link if I am having trouble installing/launching games. It suggest to go to system updates and get this KB5004476 from optional updates but that is not there.

I cant download or launch any games. The ones I had installed now just open the Microsoft store app and suggest installing Gaming services which I already have.

I tried to download a game directly from the Microsoft store and absolutely nothing happens. I have an active account.

Funny thing is I have the game Frostpunk from the Xbox app and that works strangely enough. As you can see from the pic when Xbox app started having problems, The Other Worlds and Subnautica shortcuts changed

I performed remediation steps 1-3 as you suggested. I am still unable to install the Xbox series X|S version of the game after installing the base game. The Xbox Mobile App when I open the games only provides the option to Launch on Console and no option to install. But when I try to launch from either my mobile app or the xbox console itself I am presented with the same error code (0x803f80001). When I open the Microsoft Store and I click Manage then it shows for "Tiny Tina's Wonderlands for Xbox Series X|S" that it is not installed. When I click to install on Internal Storage (300gb available) I still see no items available for install. I still see the Error "Check Back in a little bit. We're having trouble getting your stuff right now."

Since these remediation steps did not resolve my issue with my purchase please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue.

To uninstall the app from your PC

"Start"

Settings (Gear Icon)

Apps

Click on the app

Click Uninstall.

I have had no problem with the original Xbox App.

When Game Pass for PC was released I was having trouble launching it.

I re-downloaded the app, I did not uninstall, let it run the first time and then "Pinned" the icon to my taskbar and I have not had any trouble since.

When opened it tonight there was an update.
