    I keep getting error with "Security code"


    I use VISA, and I live in USA. I tried adding my debt card to my Xbox Console, it keep saying the CVV is incorrect and kept getting error messages. I triple checked and got everything correct. I even contacted bank, they said it works fine for them. My card is not expired, it is valid. I want to know why Microsoft is rejecting my card.

    May I know how many times have you tried adding your card? If it's more than 3 times then try it after 48-72 hours and see how it goes.

    I keep getting asked to put in a code for security proofing but i cant access my other email account. I tried to update the security information on my xbox 360 but it gave me this error code 80151103. I do not understand this because this is a downloading
    profile error code not a security proofing code.

    I'm having the same problem I go to load a game and it disconnects straight away but sometimes a security thing pops up but I keep getting an error code when confirming my email and password..I have all security info up to date as I had to type in a code
    last week.

    Hey, I'm trying to change my online security options on XBone and Windows 10 on xbox.com and I keep getting a general error message, no error code or anything. I have an adult account and stuff like that. Is there some other way I can change them?

    The code authorisation is a security measure implemented to protect your account. As for why you keep getting an error, I'm not sure. Can you log in to the parent account fine without trying to do it via the child account? Or do you get the same errors?
