I keep getting error code 4467 4497 1380 261C C000 0185.

I've been trying to do the xbox system update for a long time, followed all the troubleshooting steps multiple times, but the update has never installed. It seems like i can't install the update, but i can download it fine. If i do the update through Xbox
live, it will say i can't install. If i do it through a usb drive, it extracts fine, but doesn't install. I even tried reinstalling the system update I am currently stuck on and it didnt install, but dowloaded fine.

This isthe error code I am getting 4467-4476-1380-267f-c000-0185. Does this mean I need to get a new console or can this be corrected.

I tried the whole support article many times before, and nothing works. I tested the networking and it is connecting to xbox live every time. Like i said, i even tried downloading the update with a usb drive, and still doesn't work. The hard drive has
enough space, and is saving games with no problem.
