I tried to check the error code but there are no related articles from the Xbox Support site itself, no worries as I will be helping you still.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

When you click install on the Microsoft Store app nothing happens?

Clear the store cache by typing ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar and run as admin, wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically.

Make sure the account that purchased the subscription is logged into the app, in the upper right corner you can check this. Then try running/installing the games again.

didn't work for me. still the 0x800700E9 error

I on occasion get this when doing console updates, not really sure why, i normally get to the applying part then error code comes up after the reset it does part way through. I unplugged my console for half hour after just turning it off and on again a few
times, never got past 80%, and then it worked and updated fine. I’d suggest just keep trying The update unplug xbox from the power for a while and try again.

The code is from xbox. I keep getting this code while trying to get into hulu. It states to go to xbox.com/errorhelp. Then It says to enter code, we enter

0xc0000189 and it states:

Sorry! No Support articles were found for "0xc0000189".

This is where xbox said to go with this code. Why doesn't xbox error help recognise it's own code. Please update the Xbox help site.
