I keep getting disconnected from my party please help

Additional information is needed, please tell me:

What console do you have?
When this started to happen or is this the first time that you try to use the party chat feature?
Did you tried using the Xbox mobile app and join the party from there to see if something similar happens?

Or what did you tried so far to fix this

For this go to settings > general > network config

I keep getting disconnected from parties =/

Also check Packet loss when that happens. You can check it via clicking check multiplayer connection. Once you get to the screen where it says "Everything is good" Press the LT/RT triggers and bumpers all at once on the controller. Another screen will popup
which will give you a bunch of information including packet loss.

There is also a specific support article for it. Please go through it to troubleshoot it.

are you only disconnected from the party or live etc too have you noticed?

Are you using a wifi or ethernet cable connection?

If wifi then I suggest trying ethernet, if the issue goes there maybe issue with the wifi on either your modem/provider side or the wifi in the xbox itself. Can my minimal dip in service but enough to drop the chat/party.

yes i power cycle every time. that don't work. and my ports are open.
