I keep getting charged for points I'm not receiving, impossible to get a call back

If you are unable to find the source of the charges then the best course of action would be to contact your financial institution so they can block and dispute the charges.

I just talked with my bank. Apparently, whoever is responsible for taking care of this at xbox live has sent my bank documentation saying that the charges that I'm claiming were not unauthorized charges and that I'm responsible for the charges. There is
no way I'm ever keeping a card on file with anything related to Microsoft again. This has gotten way out of hand now. It's hard to tell if I'll even get my money back at this point.

Hi! Try calling Microsoft and asking them the email where your card is being charged, like DeanJay said, someone could have got your card info without even needing to take it away from you (this happens often to be honest).
