Discus and support I keep getting an email that my account needs to make a deposit but I need to update my billing in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I looked at my both my biz and personal microsoft accounts in billing all the information is correct?     Hi Xbox Rewards I keep getting a message that my account needs to update in order to deposit my rewards point. I've update my account numerous of time but no points have been deposit. I'm lost at this point and don't know what to do please

    Please Help, I really want my $500+ in rewards that im owed but the system isn't able to deposit???

    I keep getting an email every month that says "Your account needs attention to make a deposit!" so now i have accumulated 500,000+ rewards points that im owed but cant get! My region and currency is and always has been US, im able to purchase games
    on my xbox without issue using my account. When i goto account.microsoft.com the only thing out of place i see is a billing profile for CA (Canada) that shouldn't be there named "CA - Personal Account", ive never been to CA or used CA as my region/curency
    on any devices. My account also has 2 other billing profiles named "US - Personal Account" and US - Business Account" for a total of 3. Im not sure if that is the reason it wont deposit but if so it WONT let me delete the CA billing profile at all. Can someone
    please help look at my account so i can get the rewards that im owed for soooo long???? EVERYTHING on my end looks ok except that one profile.

    Hello A17IAN,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide us with fixed deposits (like your deposit in June), at the
    moment we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Since you registered and created a US Rewards Account, we cannot deposit USD into your Czech Microsoft Account. Since the Czech Republic is not a Rewards program member, the only way to resolve this issue is to adjust your Microsoft Account region to match
    your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency
    to be deposited.

    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
    this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.
