    I keep getting this code and it doesn't let me get back into the main screen I don't get it this is the 3 time happens I've restarted if to factory and just a systems restart what else can I send to Microsoft

    Hi Nico, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If you have already reset your console keeping your games and apps, the next step will be performing an offline update. According to Xbox support:

    "You need to perform an offline system update. To do this, you'll need:

    A Windows-based PC with an internet connection and a USB port

    A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS"
