    I need a SEVEN digit code but my email and phone receives SIX digit codes. I swear if an employee says some s**t like what do you mean? I'm going to lose my mind this had been a problem for years!

    microsoft account alias rename not working

    I already get that 7 digit code. There is a second verification code that ops up. Verifying the new alias I'm trying to put it. It's a 4 digit code.

    The 7 digit code is for verifying it's me actually changing stuff. The 4 digit code is for veryifing my new alias. Which the 4 digit code part doesnt work. I'm sure that might be the last step it just doesnt work.
