    I just want to play Minecraft with my kids!


    I am about ready to return this xbox. I bought it so that I could play Minecraft with my kids. When they enter they have to choose a profile, we tried add guest which is no fun because they do not have individual names. We went the extremely complex method of setting up family account with each child having a child account. I can get one or two in but then it says a child is attached to a controller (which I did not want) or I log in under account their account and it kicks me out and says to go to account.live.com, which I do but have no indication what to do next.

    I am about to lose my mind of trying to get all 3 kids in with me for over two hours. Ugh! Any easy way to just play with my kids before I return this thing?

    According to the explanation you have provided, I believe that you will just need to verify your account and your issue will be resolved. Therefore, you will just need to follow those simple instructions, please go to account.microsoft.com > sign in with your account> verify your account using your security information.

    As for fixing issues regarding permissions for a child account, I will need you to follow the instructions on this link:

    If you have an issue with adding a new profile on your console please follow those steps and your issue should be resolved:

    1- Click on the Xbox button at the missle of your controller.

    2- Select home.

    3-Select sign in.

    4- Click on add or switch, then select add new.
