I just sent my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller out for warranty repair and received it in...

It's obvious that no one actually tested this unit as if you just used it to play a game you would immediately notice that the B button sticks, like I mentioned when I sent the unit out. I received no communications on what was actually done to the unit, just that it was received, it was being tested, and it was being shipped back to me. No repair notes, no testing notes, nothing. Now that I have the unit back, the button now almost permanently sticks down into the controller. What should I do? I mean, this is really disheartening that the repair center wouldn't even test my unit by pressing the buttons on a controller. Though I feel if I send the unit back out for the same issue, it will just be sent back to me again unrepaired. Is there some way I could send a video of the issue being replicated (although, just pressing the button a few times would show you the issue.) If there was any form of communication between myself and the repair team I could have easily told them more about what I was experiencing, but that was denied to me. What should I do?

    :)

My series 2 elite controller analog sticks are swaying upward

Is your controller still under warranty? If so, yes I would get it sent in as soon as possible for repair. Unfortunately, there has been many problems with the Elite Series 2 controller such as this. Best of luck.

Why is customer friendliness so bad when it comes to warranty cases?

    I
tried to fill out repair order, but, as mentioned above, those are the only options i got.

Bumper IS a known issue, as you can see.

Btw., it doenst matter what caused 2 years warranty, it is in place and i'm in the right to use it.

    Elite Series 2

There have been many issues with the Original Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. Peeling grips, sticky "A" button, and faulty bumper buttons were among the common issues at launch. Microsoft appears to have fixed the issues with the Series 2.

If your controller is under warranty, then repairs are free. If your controller is out of warranty, then you'll be charged a repair fee.
