    Adagatiya, if the console is configured to communicate with the TV and it still doesn't work, make sure you have connected the console's HDMI to the TV's Anynet input.

    If it's ok, try resetting to see if it's a bug.

    Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

    If so, it may be that the device is not being compatible to make this communication between it
