I purchased Star Wars: The force awakens on 4/17/2016 as part of a promotion where I was to receive a $5 credit for a future move purchase as well as access to Star Wars Battlefront until 5/4/2016. I've not received a game code or the $5 credit. When can

It takes 96 hours for purchases to update/reflect on the website so if you just purchased the movie it is too early to see those pending. As for the sweepstakes, your tweet enters you in for a chance to win, so you have to wait until they draw/pick winners
to find out if you were randomly selected. Per the FAQ winners will be picked at the end of the sweepstakes (May 6th) and will be notified via Twitter Direct Message.

I entered a sweepstakes for the xbox star wars bundle that is yet to announce winners. However it is not appearing anymore on the Microsoft Store to win prizes and I am not sure how to verify that the sweepstakes is still working. I have the confirmation
number for the sweepstakes I entered as well if needed. Is there any way that I can check the official rules for the sweepstakes? Also when will the winners be announced on the page?
