This is wired USB controller. I think that wire is broken.

Any wireless options in terms of connecting to the controller? I am trying to avoid using a cable from my headset to my controller because they never last. I know I can party chat from my PC while on xbox, but would like to avoid running my pc and xbox
if I can.

Thanks for reaching out and responding to us. We would be more than happy to help. Now we do need a bit more information since it seems like there might be a bit of miscommunication. So from our understanding you are trying to update a controller for an
Xbox One on a Windows 10 PC? I ask because when we go through the translation, it mentions a pad. If there is a pad included, would this be a chatpad or another device being used?

If it is the controller and it just blinks, then I would recommend checking out how to Troubleshoot your Xbox One wireless controller on
a PC.

Personnaly, i use an original xbox One controller on my PC but with cable for Xbox Companion App and Xbox (bêta) App, wireless is useless under 1 meter.
