    I just purchased a Xbox game pass for pc but it wont show up in my Xbox app


    Normally it should be a subcategory on the left side of the app UI, but nothing showed up, I tried relog and reboot but nothing worked, just library, community, Microsoft Store, and nothing more

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check if you can see the subscription from there as active? If yes, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account. On the website, click on your profile icon for you to see the Microsoft email address that you have used, take note of that.

    After that, please sign out on both Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then sign back in using the account that you have taken note of.

    Use the Microsoft Store app. The Xbox app is showing Game Pass games and Minecraft is not available through Game Pass for PC which is why it's not showing.

    Some games can be purchased on the console and redownloaded for free on the PC because they are Play Anywhere titles. Unfortunately Minecraft is not one of those. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere Some games may also just be part of the Game Pass you purchased .

    Pc Game Pass and Ultimate Game Pass?!

    Hi there,

    I just experienced the same issue in the store and was able to fix it it seems.
    After the store showed me that I needed to purchase PC game pass, even though I already have Ultimate, which includes PC game pass, I went to the Xbox app, and that showed me there was an issue with my store account. Signing out of the store app and signing in again and receiving an update for the Xbox app, I am able to download Diablo IV without the message I need PC Game pass.

    I hope these steps will work for you too.

    Hi,

    Sounds to me like they aren't signed in with the same account they used before. To download previously purchased games again on a new system or otherwise, they need to be signed in with the same account that purchased the game/s.

    Xbox Companion App is for streaming games from an Xbox console to a PC. The Xbox App for PC is used for PC Game Pass, if you don't have Game Pass Ultimate or just Game Pass PC, you don't need to use this app as purchased games can be downloaded using the Windows Store App in Windows 10.

    Sometimes games that are on game pass will show up unflder that tab as well if its installed.

    You can try checking there by going my games and apps and scrolling down to the game pass tab
