Please sign in to account.xbox.com/settings and ensure none of the multiplayer permissions are blocked.

If you are a child account you will not be granted access to the link above, as it requires an adult account from the family group to change the settings on behalf of you!

In this case, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check for the organizer account linked to your account then sign using the organizer account to https://account.xbox.com/settings and allow the permissions regarding multiplayer!

Try changing it this way.

Go to the top right corner, click on your avatar

click on my microsoft account

Click on "Your Information" on the top tab

go on the date of birth

Change to a date that matches age 18+.

Once this is done, log out your microsoft account from all open browser sites,

wait 20 minutes for the updates to take effect on the server, then click the link below.

Look for the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab

And change the settings "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live", "You can create and join clubs", and "You can join multiplayer games" to Allow.

Once all that is done, wait another 20 minutes to update the changed settings and that's it.

When Minecraft stopped working, I used my Microsoft account. And this issue happened after I changed my main alias from E-Mail 2 to E-Mail 1. I can play Minecraft if I log in with my E-Mail 2.

I purchased Minecraft on my Mojang account before the migration, but I don't use my mojang account and that Microsoft account that was migrated to.

With my Mojang account (E-Mail 1) migrated to Microsoft account (E-Mail 4) I bad the Java Edition. With my first Microsoft account (E-Mail 1, now 3) I had Minecraft Bedrock Edition. And with the other MIcrosoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) I have both Java and Bedrock.

I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft Account (E-Mail 1, now 3) from the Microsoft Store and I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) from the Microsoft Store but the Java Edition I purchased from minecraft.net. On my Mojang account (E-Mail 1, now migrated to Microsoft Account with E-Mail 3) I bought Minecraft Java from minecraft.net.

The Minecraft migration from Mojang is on a separate Microsoft account. How can I access my purchase?

Please try the following steps:

- Make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that you used to migrate from Mojang.

- Check your purchase history on the Microsoft Store to see if Minecraft is listed there.
- If the steps fail, try this:

• Open the Minecraft launcher.
  
• On the login prompt, go back.
  
• You’ll see the Mojang account you had been signing into - ignore it, and add a new account to the launcher.
  
• Using the email address associated with the Microsoft account you just migrated to, sign in with the email address and password of your Microsoft account.
