Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below and check your games and apps again.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work, check if there is an update for your Xbox by following the steps below:

Settings > System > Updates.

Check if there is an update available from there.

I have an external hard drive and the content got split up some how. That is what was causing my issue.

I have all my games installed on my external hard drive and I don't have any problems. The only thing that happens is it has to take 5 seconds to load when you launch a game or app for the first time from the external hard drive. After that, it opens up
without any delay. I bought a 1TB hard drive and it works flawlessly.

Do you have an external USB hard drive or USB thumb drive for external storage? It could be you need to clear the system cache on those storage options as well. For me only arcade games were showing up as "Kingdoms and Lords". I keep all of my Arcade games
on the internal XBox 360 500 GB hard drive so I only cleared the cache for that drive. I also have a 1TB external USB hard drive to store all of my Games on Demand and installed retail games. Non of those games showed the "Kingdoms and Lords" game art so I
did not clear the system cache on the drive.

That's interesting about the Jetpack Joyride game art showing up for Limbo. I will take a look again on my 360 later to see if I see that game art or not.

I should have also mentioned that this is the second outlet i have tried this on. The outlet is also on a different breaker.

Addiotional info: I hooked the external hard drive to my PC and the hard drive does not show up as a device in Windows. I think the hard drive is fried.
