    What is the minimum group requirement to get it? It was so much easier to use than the old one that I don't think I could go back to it

    Headphones not working on xbox

    G'day,

    I feel for you mate. I discovered yesterday that I'm only getting sound in the left channel of my headsets. (I rarely use them). I tried different headsets and got the same issue. I tried a chat headset and got no sound at all and the mic didn't work.

    There is a new firmware update from Settings>Kinect+Devices>Devices+Accessories you could try but it didn't work for me.

    I reported this issue using the Insiders Hub reporting feature, so it might be an idea for you to download the Insider app to report it from
    your console as well.

    You will have to goto xbox insiders regedit I didn't see anything about dowmloads

    Only extensions

    The edge update is only for xbox insiders

    The new Microsoft edge

    The "new" Edge is currently only available to Alpha Skip Ahead Insider preview members.

    Insider issues are handled by Reddit Xbox Insiders forum. This forum is for General release OS issues.

    Edit.. As of 22nd July "new" Edge is available to Alpha, Beta, Delta Insider previews so it is getting closer to a General release.

    They have just found the reason causing this bug yesterday. They are now testing a new build internally. They announced that we should get the new build soon, this week.
