    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty trying to play Forza.

    I would say to make sure that you have it in your purchase history on account.microsoft.com and that if it's there and everything that you try the steps outlined in

    Troubleshoot gameplay issues on Windows 10    .

    When you get a chance, give the steps outlined in that article a shot and let us know how that went.

    i play forza horizon 3 and 4 quite regular on PC, 3 never had issues, 4 occasionally has network problems but i have never had it fail to launch. just get a month of gamepass for pc then you can try it on your system before deciding to buy it.
