I just got the new McDonalds Minecraft cards redeeming the code but the character is not...

The code on the sticker needs to be redeemed at McDonald's website. If you did that and got the actual Xbox code (5 groups of 5 characters) then you'll need to contact support in chat or phone so they can check the code.

Hi, I have bought a mcdonalds 2,500 point minecraft deal that gets me a whole bunch of skins. I have redeemed the code on Minecraft.net/mcdonalds but it hasn't shown up in my account?

Just wondering if there is any specific way to get skins?

I also accidentally bought it twice & have redeemed both codes but still nothing in my account.

Unless maybe I'm looking in the wrong place for the items in minecraft bedrock?

Check for typos to make sure you entered all information accurately and as it appears on your gift card. Typos are the most common reason for code errors, and the following characters aren’t accepted: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, and 5.

Try again in an hour or two to rule out a temporary server outage.

If the card says that it's not activated, return it to the store that you purchased it from and ask their customer service to activate the card.

Do you have Vbucks card or Xbox card ?

You need 16 character VBucks code to redeem it on Epic Games Website.

25 Character codes can be redeemed on Xbox or Microsoft/Xbox website.

You redeem your gift cards in the redeem code section.. If you just got a card you need to get the code from your chosen form of delivery.
