just redeemed 1000 vip points on what i thought was £25 and now found out its 25 dollars, is there a way to change this or cancel it, or even a way i can buy uk xbox gift card?

Redeemed Visa PrePaid Card

I just traded my vip points for a Prepaid Visa Gift card and my purchase when through but when i got the code to redeem my card it was only 14 characters long rather than the 25 characters it should be.

I was sent either wrong redeem codes or wrong redemption link

I redeemed a $25 and a $10 prepaid visa from the VIP vault. The codes I was sent were 16 digits and the link to use them was to my Microsoft account where its a 25 character code you enter. I'm assuming the link is wrong since their visa prepaid cards and
not Microsoft store gift cards

The Visa prepaid cards from the vault are not region locked. From the card FAQ:

Use your card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted around the world. Card is issued by the Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc

Please note that the card must be redeemed on a separate site, as stated in the prize email:

To redeem your prize from a browser:

• Go to www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com

• Enter your prepaid digital token

• Immediately use the virtual card to shop online, or choose a physical card that will be mailed directly to you.

That site has its own set of FAQs and contacts if you have any questions about the card itself.

Yep, I've got over just 1000 gems. Apparently worth $25 in the vault (prepaid visa) or 20000 MS rewards points. Except they're permanently out of stock, and everything else is useless to me, so apparently I just have to settle for a 1:1 conversion, making
them worth less than $1... More fool me for trying to save up gems right? *sigh*

Use that Visa gift card to buy a MS points card. If you have a local Gamestop go in and ask for 25 dollars Xbox credit. Boom, problem solved.
